Peach Pudding

This is an out of this world Peach recipe using fresh peaches.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional
- 1/2` cup Milk
- 3 cups sliced peaches fresh or frozen
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tblsp Butter
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions
- In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon, Stir in the milk just until combined; fold in peaches. Spread into a greased 8 in. square baking dish.
- Mix the last five ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil stirring until sugars are dissolved. Pour over top.
- Bake 400 degrees for 40-50 min or until filing is bubbly and a toothpick inserted into the topping comes out clean. Serve warm or cold with cream or whip cream.
