Vanilla Crumb Pie

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tblsp Flour
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp vanilla
Topping
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup Butter
Servings: pie
Instructions
- In saucepan, bring filling ingredients to a boil, let cool slightly
- Combine crumb topping ingredients
- Pour cooled sauce in and unbaked pie crust and add crumb topping to top of pie.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min or until Golden Brown
