Italian No Bake Cake

Ingredients
- 1 Box Vanilla Wafers
- 1 can Crushed Pineapple with juice
- 1/4` cup lemon juice
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1` pkge coconut
- 1 small jar Marachino Cherries
- 1 cup pecans chopped , optional
- 1 8 oz container cool whip

Instructions
- Layer the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish with the vanilla wafers.
- In a separate bowl mix the lemon juice and condensed milk, add the pineapple and mix together.
- Pour the lemon mixture over the vanilla wafer then add another layer of vanilla wafers and place the rest of the pineapple mix on top.
- Top this with the cool whip and coconut and cherries or if you wish you can replace the coconut with the pecans or even mix the coconut and pecans together, the choice is yours.
- Refrigerate overnight.
