Lemon Shoofly Pie

Ingredients
- 2 Lemons Zest
- 2 Juice of lemons strained
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup Molasses
- 3/4 Cup boiling water
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
Servings: Pie
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350Deg. F.
- Combine all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Sprinkle crumbs evenly on top of filling.
- Bake for 45 to 60 minutes.
- This is the Crumb Mixture: 1 1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup shortening or butter, softened 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Blend all ingredients until mixture forms crumbs.
