Watermelon is great with other fruits but this is a must try with Cucumbers and a hint of fresh mint.  Very refreshing only a little sweet.  

This is a very easy and inexpensive dish to prepare.

A great meal with a Mixed green salad on the side.

This is an old fashioned comfort cake topped with a brown sugar sauce.  Top it off with a bit of whipped cream.
