Sour Cream Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Butter room temperature
- 1 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 to 6 cups Flour

Instructions
- Blend butter and sugar until creamy, Mix in eggs and remaining ingredients.
- Roll out on floured surface, cut with your choice of cookie cutter
- Bake 350 degrees approx. 8 min. Do not over bake and they will stay soft Frosting is optional
