Strawberry Dessert

Ingredients
- 2 Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mixes
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 1-2 cups whipped cream or cool whip
- 2-3 lbs strawberrie washed and sliced
- 1 jar Strawberry glaze
- Whipped Cream for Topping

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Prepare the cookie mixes with butter and egg as the directions on the bags say. Spread this in a Texas sheet cake pan (10-15 in) to make the crust. Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix softened cream cheese and sugar with a hand mixer until well blended. Fold in the chipped cream or cool whip.
- When the cookie crust is done and slightly cooled , spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Mix the strawberries with the glaze ,(or if you prefer you can mix the strawvberries with sugar and let sit overnight in fridge and this method would work just fine ) Pour strawberry mixture over the top of the cream cheese mixture and chill for 4 hours or more.
