Taco Platter

Ingredients
- 2 lbs gound beef
- 1` large onion chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes 14 1/2 ounces , undrained
- 1 12 oz can tomato paste
- 1 15 oz can tomato puree
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2` tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 15 oz cans Ranch style Beans pinto beans in seasoned tomato sauce
- 1 10 1/2 oz pkg corn chips
- 2 cups rice hot cooked
